Responsibilities

Represent the affected nation's military policies and operations to training audiences according to the exercise scenario. Provide expert guidance on operational and strategic use of military assets. Coordinate operational matters between the affected nation and exercise control teams. Develop concepts of operations and plans for military asset employment. Support training audiences during planning phases by incorporating military positions and analyzing plan impacts. Produce exercise materials reflecting realistic and challenging scenarios. Coordinate military situational awareness and maintain alignment with NATO guidelines.

Qualifications

Minimum three years' experience in senior strategic or operational staff roles at national, international, or NATO headquarters within the last ten years. At least two years of command experience at higher-level military formations and attainment of a rank equivalent to OF-6. Experience briefing senior leaders in multinational environments. University degree or Staff College education with ongoing professional development. Business-level English fluency. Possession of a valid National or NATO Secret security clearance.
