Responsibilities
Advise on naval strategy and operational use of naval forces in training scenarios. Ensure the training audience experiences a coherent and realistic naval posture aligned with joint campaign messaging. Serve as the main naval focal point during exercise preparation and execution. Coordinate naval operational matters within the nation and exercise control teams. Develop concepts of operations and plans related to naval assets. Support initial planning and assess impacts on naval components. Generate realistic exercise materials and contribute to naval situational awareness. Maintain familiarity with relevant NATO naval doctrines and publications.
Qualifications
Minimum of three years experience at OF4 rank or above in a national navy within the last ten years. Experience briefing senior leaders in national or international maritime settings. Senior officer experience in operational or strategic maritime headquarters. Proven leadership in operational planning for maritime operations. Understanding of military and commercial maritime interactions. Bachelor’s degree or staff college education. Proficiency in business English. Valid National or NATO Secret security clearance.
