An established manufacturing site in Norway seeks a Senior OT Engineer to manage and optimize its operational technology and IT network infrastructure. Responsibilities
Monitor and maintain OT and IT networks and applications to ensure continuous operational availability. Administer user accounts, system certificates, group policies, and DNS records. Respond promptly to infrastructure alarms and incidents. Manage application onboarding and offboarding under security and compliance guidelines. Identify risks and implement system upgrades and patches. Collaborate with vendors supporting infrastructure projects. Document and maintain OT system procedures and compliance records. Participate in IT/OT projects, facilitating integration of new equipment and managing project documentation.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related technical field; or minimum 5 years of relevant IT/OT experience in manufacturing, preferably pharmaceutical. Proven experience supporting OT systems and lifecycle project management. Proficiency with VMware ESXi, Windows OS, network technologies (Cisco, Palo Alto), configuration management tools, monitoring software, Active Directory, and industrial communication protocols. Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and in multicultural teams.
