Job summary
Seeking an experienced Senior Penetration Tester / Red Teamer to conduct advanced security assessments and simulated cyber attacks for leading organizations across the Nordics. This role involves working on complex environments including cloud, Active Directory, applications, and infrastructure, aiming to identify and remediate security vulnerabilities. The position offers diverse opportunities for technical growth, client engagement, mentorship, and collaboration within a large cybersecurity team, with the flexibility to specialize in preferred areas of offensive security.

Responsibilities
Lead and execute advanced penetration tests, red team, and purple team exercises across various platforms including Active Directory, cloud environments, applications, and infrastructure. Simulate realistic cyber attack scenarios to discover exploitable vulnerabilities and attack paths. Validate security weaknesses through hands-on testing. Develop and present clear, actionable reports to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Utilize AI and automation tools to enhance testing efficiency and quality. Contribute to the improvement of offensive security methodologies and tools. Mentor junior staff and support team development. Autonomously shape personal work style and technical focus areas within the offensive security practice.
Qualifications
Proven hands-on experience in penetration testing, red teaming or offensive security engagements. Ability to lead complex technical workstreams independently. Expertise in Active Directory, cloud platforms, web applications, APIs, or infrastructure security is expected. Strong understanding of attack techniques, including privilege escalation, lateral movement, and post-exploitation methods. Experience communicating findings to diverse audiences. Relevant professional certifications such as OSCP, OSEP, CRTP, CRTE, CARTP, or equivalents. Involvement in security research, tool development, CTFs, or community contributions is advantageous. Proficiency in scripting, automation, and leveraging AI-assisted workflows. Excellent English communication skills. Commitment to quality, learning, and technical excellence.
