Responsibilities

Design and deliver tailored rehabilitation programs for orthopaedic, neurological, and cardiothoracic patients post robotic surgery. Collaborate closely with surgical and anesthesia teams to optimize recovery outcomes. Manage own caseload independently and provide input into rehabilitation equipment procurement. Contribute to the development of a clinical environment focused on rapid and safe patient recovery. Engage in a structured career progression pathway toward rehabilitation service leadership.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physiotherapy from an accredited Western institution with current professional registration. Minimum six years of experience, preferably with specialization in post-surgical or orthopaedic rehabilitation and familiarity with robotic-assisted surgical recovery protocols. Must be trained and a national of specified Tier-1 or Tier-2 jurisdictions, with fluency in English mandatory; knowledge of Arabic is advantageous. Relevant licensure and credential verification will be managed prior to relocation.
