Responsibilities
You will develop and maintain detailed construction schedules for hyperscale data centre projects, manage and evaluate contractor timelines, monitor progress and identify risks, lead schedule analyses including critical path and mitigation strategies, produce clear reports for senior stakeholders, and work closely with project management, design, and construction teams to integrate programmes. Your role requires maintaining accurate programme data using tools like Primavera P6 and Asta Powerproject and supporting schedule impact assessments related to design changes and project variations.
Qualifications
Candidates should have approximately 8 or more years of experience in senior planning or scheduling roles, preferably with a strong understanding of data centre construction and MEP integration. Proficiency in Primavera P6 and Asta Powerproject is essential. Qualifications in Engineering, Construction Management, or related fields are expected. The ability to critically analyze and challenge contractor schedules, communicate complex programme data effectively, and work independently is required.
