Responsibilities
Design and own significant parts of the marketplace user experience, focusing on second-hand buying and selling. Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to identify user problems and develop solutions. Conduct and plan user research to validate hypotheses, balance data insights, and iterate through prototypes. Participate in a product design team by sharing critiques, maintaining design consistency, and evolving design systems.
Qualifications
At least five years of experience in product design or similar roles working with digital products. Strong skills in interaction and visual design with attention to detail. Ability to navigate ambiguous problems and generate clear direction. Comfortable using data and experimentation, including running or learning to run A/B tests. Interest in applying AI to enhance design processes. Fluency in English is required; Norwegian language skills are a plus but not mandatory. A portfolio demonstrating relevant work is required.
