Responsibilities
Design innovative AI-centered product experiences focusing on industrial data modeling, governance, and automation. Prototype solutions using real-world data and workflows, handling system uncertainties and errors. Develop human-in-the-loop supervision patterns and create scalable design components for complex data systems. Lead design initiatives from concept through implementation, collaborating closely with engineering, product, and customers. Facilitate workshops and align stakeholders around product vision. Continuously validate designs through user research and testing, iterating to improve automation, usability, and operational efficiency. Contribute to best practices for AI-native product design.
Qualifications
Minimum five years in product design with proven ownership of complex, data-intensive or AI-driven products. Deep understanding of AI-native design concepts including workflows, prompt design, and runtime constraints. Skilled in designing for structured and unstructured data workflows and data pipelines. Experience with prototyping and validating designs using APIs, SDKs, or low-code tools. Proficient user researcher, able to conduct studies and translate insights into product improvements. Excellent communication and facilitation abilities, capable of working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments. A portfolio demonstrating systems thinking and comprehensive design ownership is required. No Norwegian language requirement detected.
