Job summary
This role involves designing next-generation AI-powered product experiences within the industrial digitalization space. The position requires inventing, prototyping, and scaling complex AI and data-driven user interfaces in collaboration with product, engineering, and strategy teams. Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end design processes from research through to delivery, creating prototypes connected to real data and AI models. Develop design patterns to manage probabilistic AI system outputs including error handling and human escalation. Partner with business and product teams to define key success metrics and align on desirability and feasibility. Facilitate design sessions and workshops, and continuously refine designs based on user feedback and experiments. Ensure high-quality execution through close collaboration with engineering teams and operationalize AI components in user experiences.
Qualifications
Minimum 7 years experience in product design with a strong portfolio showing ownership of complex, data-heavy or AI-powered solutions. Proficiency in AI-native workflows such as prompt design, tool chaining, and managing model constraints. Skilled in hands-on prototyping using APIs, SDKs, or low-code tools to validate concepts. Solid user research capabilities including planning and interpreting studies. Excellent communication skills with experience presenting to stakeholders and executives. Familiarity with human-in-the-loop and trust & safety design patterns.
