Responsibilities
Define and execute the vision and roadmap for self-service cloud growth initiatives, emphasizing user onboarding and trial activation. Analyze product engagement data and customer feedback to identify opportunities for adoption and reduce churn. Partner with engineering leads to prioritize development efforts and set delivery timelines. Collaborate with related product teams to align onboarding flows and trial experiences. Work with sales and marketing to support competitive positioning and brand awareness. Lead technical decisions around onboarding, activation, expansion, and retention of self-service customers. Drive integration efforts with third-party developer platforms.
Qualifications
Minimum 4 years of product management experience with complex technical products, especially in cloud services with self-service trials. Proven track record in product led growth methodologies and data-driven decision making related to product adoption and user analytics. Strong communication skills to work effectively across distributed teams and facilitate alignment. Experience engaging directly with customers and trial users to gather actionable feedback. Familiarity with coordinating efforts involving sales, marketing, and engineering. Bonus experience includes knowledge of search or database technologies, product marketing, and cloud marketplace integrations.
