Responsibilities
Lead an agile squad to explore customer and business needs, establish clear priorities, and convert ideas into valuable digital solutions. Engage actively within the Product Owner community to share knowledge, challenge norms, and drive continuous improvement in product management practices. Support and mentor less-experienced product owners, and take responsibility for strategic initiatives that advance product and business goals.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Product Owner, preferably in a large organization with complex dependencies. Strong ability to balance customer, business, technological, and stakeholder considerations. Competence in agile team leadership, problem solving, and stakeholder communication. Exposure to AI-assisted development or insurance/financial services is advantageous but not mandatory. Personal traits include strong ethics, collaborative yet independent working style, problem-solving enthusiasm, and effective networking capabilities. Understanding of Swedish language is a plus.
