Responsibilities
Lead and manage multi-site, cross-functional programs including new product introductions and strategic operational initiatives; Develop comprehensive program plans with clear milestones, risk management, and accountability; Collaborate closely with product managers and segment leaders to align program execution with business priorities; Establish effective governance, dashboards, and operating rhythms; Facilitate alignment across R&D, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, service, and regional teams; Implement strategic deployment methodologies such as Hoshin Kanri and Lean practices; Manage program risks and ensure compliance with applicable quality and regulatory standards; Provide clear, data-driven communication to senior leadership and stakeholders.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Business, or related fields required; Master's degree or equivalent experience strongly preferred; Extensive experience managing complex, cross-functional programs in medical devices or similar regulated industries; Proven skills in project governance, risk management, and stakeholder engagement; Strong ability to operate in matrix organizations and to influence without direct authority; Excellent communication and presentation abilities; Program management certifications (e.g., PMP, Lean, Six Sigma) and familiarity with medical device product development processes are advantageous.
