Responsibilities
Lead and execute multi-site, cross-functional programs including new product introductions and strategic initiatives. Develop clear program plans with defined milestones and accountability. Manage program risks, resource allocation, and budgets. Collaborate closely with product managers to align programs with portfolio priorities. Establish governance structures, dashboards, and review mechanisms. Support deployment of strategic management frameworks such as Hoshin Kanri and Lean operating principles. Facilitate communications and influence stakeholders in a global matrix organization to drive program execution and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Business, or related fields; advanced degree or equivalent experience preferred. Significant program management experience in medical devices or healthcare technology, with proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives. Strong skills in governance, execution discipline, risk mitigation, communication, and stakeholder management. Knowledge of regulatory requirements and product development processes in a medical device context. Program management certifications such as PMP, Lean, or Six Sigma are advantageous.
