Seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead complex projects onsite in Norway within engineering and construction sectors. Responsibilities
Lead and oversee project scope, cost, schedule, and quality to meet corporate objectives. Manage client interactions and foster positive relationships. Attend pre-bid meetings and assist in proposal preparation. Develop project budgets and identify risks, collaborating with executives to mitigate them. Guide project teams towards successful completion and coordinate with discipline leads on planning. Maintain project documentation including meeting minutes, action items, and financial/schedule reports for internal and client use. Manage sub-consultants and contribute to improving project management processes. Provide mentorship within the project management and design teams.
Qualifications
Minimum 10 years of project management experience, preferably with PMP certification. Bachelor’s degree in engineering, architecture, or planning required. At least 5 years of experience managing data centre or similar projects. Proficient with IT tools such as spreadsheets, word processing, and scheduling software. Solid understanding of project control methods including Earned Value Management.
