An experienced Senior Project Manager position overseeing the delivery of large-scale hyperscale data centre construction projects. The role involves coordinating multidisciplinary teams, managing project scope, timelines, budgets, and quality to meet business objectives, while ensuring safety and compliance in a fast-paced technology infrastructure environment.

Responsibilities
Lead comprehensive project delivery from design through construction, commissioning, and operational handover; manage scope, schedule, and quality control to align with design and business goals; coordinate multiple discipline project managers to ensure integrated workflows; maintain budget oversight and progress reporting; collaborate closely with design teams and general contractors regarding construction capabilities and performance; proactively manage program milestones and develop recovery plans for delays; foster a strong safety culture through engagement and compliance auditing; chair stakeholder meetings and maintain transparent communication; ensure compliance with building codes and regulatory requirements; lead risk management processes; and work cross-functionally with internal departments to support seamless project delivery and transition to operations.
Qualifications
Minimum of 8 years managing large-scale construction or infrastructure projects, preferably in data centre or mission-critical environments; degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field; demonstrated capability to manage complex multidisciplinary teams across various locations; strong expertise in construction sequencing, scheduling, and coordination; excellent communication and stakeholder management skills suited for dynamic work settings; proficiency with project management and reporting software tools; and solid understanding of commercial and contractual principles to meet cost and schedule targets.
