Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end delivery of data centre projects, including design, construction, commissioning, and handover. Manage project scope, schedule, quality, and risk to align with organizational objectives. Coordinate various discipline Project Managers and contractors to ensure seamless integration of work packages. Maintain oversight of budgets and schedules, reporting progress and risks. Collaborate with design teams for reviews and approvals. Foster a robust safety culture and ensure compliance with building codes and regulations. Chair status meetings and maintain clear communication between stakeholders. Work closely with internal departments such as Engineering, Environment, Health & Safety, Finance, and Operations to support project transitions.
Qualifications
Minimum 8 years' experience managing large-scale infrastructure or construction projects, preferably in data centre or mission-critical sectors. Relevant degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related fields. Proven ability to lead complex, multidisciplinary teams across multiple locations. Strong skills in construction sequencing, scheduling, stakeholder communication, and risk management. Proficient with project management and reporting tools. Knowledge of commercial and contractual principles related to cost and schedule management.
