Job summary
An experienced Senior Project Manager is sought for a data centre project in Norway, focusing on Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) disciplines. The role involves leading onsite activities, ensuring safe and efficient progress of MEP works, collaborating with clients and teams to proactively solve issues, and implementing project processes and procedures with high standards of reporting and communication.

Responsibilities
Lead and oversee the progress of MEP works onsite with safety and quality as priorities. Identify and resolve issues proactively in collaboration with project teams and clients. Implement and monitor key project processes and procedures, ensuring compliance. Participate actively in key meetings to review progress, solve problems, and communicate project impacts. Support contract administration tasks and construction programme analysis to maintain project delivery schedules.
Qualifications
A relevant tertiary education in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering is required. Demonstrated experience in managing MEP works on data centre projects, including design, installation, commissioning, and testing of HVAC, chilled water systems, electrical substations, and cabling. Strong leadership capabilities, excellent communication and computer skills, and proficiency in construction programme analysis are essential. Experience in contract administration is advantageous. The candidate should be proactive, detail-oriented, and an effective team player.
