Job summary
Seeking a Senior Project Planner experienced in managing complex project schedules within industrial or transportation sectors. The role involves coordinating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure timely delivery of project milestones, monitoring progress, and proactive risk forecasting. Expertise in Primavera P6 and the ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment are important. Railway signalling experience is advantageous but not mandatory.

Responsibilities
Develop and maintain accurate and detailed project schedules. Manage planning deliverables and ensure team members understand their scheduling responsibilities. Coordinate scheduling sessions with internal teams including project management, engineering, installation, quality, and safety. Monitor project progress and lead performance follow-ups using key performance indicators. Identify external factors affecting timelines and provide forecasting and lookahead planning. Manage resources across complex projects and implement established project scheduling processes. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and share best practices. Provide schedule information to relevant business units and build relationships with external customers.
Qualifications
A degree in engineering or a technical field or equivalent experience. Significant experience in senior planning roles within industrial environments, preferably with exposure to the railway or railway signalling industries. Proficiency in Primavera P6 for project scheduling. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with internal teams and external clients. Ability to manage multiple tasks across various stakeholders in a multicultural project setting. Passion for learning and adaptability to evolving project requirements.
