Responsibilities
Develop and maintain accurate project schedules, manage planning deliverables efficiently, and ensure team members understand their schedule commitments. Monitor project progress through updates and KPIs, conduct performance follow-ups, and provide forecasting and lookahead planning. Facilitate communication with internal teams and external customers, apply resource management across complex projects, implement standardized project scheduling processes, contribute to improvement initiatives, and share best practices within the organization.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Engineering or a technical discipline. Significant experience in senior-level project planning within an industrial context, preferably with exposure to railway or railway signalling projects. Proficiency with Primavera P6 software. Strong communication skills, ability to work effectively in multicultural environments, manage multiple tasks and stakeholders, and operate at both high-level and detailed schedule data.
