Responsibilities

Represent the affected nation's Ministry of Public Order during NATO joint warfare exercises, offering subject matter expertise and strategic advice on internal security and counter terrorism. Collaborate closely with the training audience to provide realistic and coherent responses within exercise scenarios. Develop concepts of operations, assist in planning, analyze evolving plans, and create challenging exercise materials. Act as a senior official in meetings and communications throughout exercise preparation and execution, including remote interactions as needed.

Qualifications

Minimum three years’ experience within the last ten years in national-level counter terrorism response, briefing senior governance leaders, influencing national internal security policy, and governing public order and policing. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is required. Proficiency in business-level English is essential. Candidates must hold a valid national or NATO Secret personal security clearance.
