Responsibilities
Manage complete data extraction processes from complex and dynamic websites, ensuring accuracy and reliability of structured datasets. Utilize existing tools and develop custom workflows to enhance data collection and validation. Adapt scraping methods to handle interactive web content and anti-bot measures. Maintain data quality through rigorous validation and consistency checks. Scale operations efficiently and monitor for stability amid site changes.
Qualifications
At least 5 years of experience in data engineering, web scraping, automation, or software development. Strong proficiency in Python scraping libraries and techniques for handling JavaScript-rendered content. Experience with data cleaning, normalization, and structuring outputs. Knowledge of cloud infrastructure services and containerization. Familiarity with large language model frameworks applied in automation is a plus. English language skills at upper-intermediate level or higher are required.
