Responsibilities
Plan and execute interdisciplinary R&D projects from concept through prototype development. Define and maintain product requirements, lead risk assessments and design reviews, and translate risks into testing criteria. Support prototype development, field trials, and commercialization efforts. Perform technical calculations and assessments to progress technology development. Collaborate with suppliers, operations, and sales teams, provide technical guidance, and uphold company design standards throughout project phases.
Qualifications
Master's degree or equivalent experience in Mechanical Engineering or related field. Minimum five years of relevant experience with strong interdisciplinary technical knowledge. Excellent written and spoken English, effective technical communication skills, and demonstrated problem-solving abilities. Ideally proactive, organized, flexible, and experienced in project management with a strong focus on quality and scientific curiosity.
