Seeking an experienced Senior Risk Manager and Scheduler with expertise in offshore wind projects to lead project controls, including risk management and scheduling, across various project phases. Responsibilities
Lead creation and maintenance of integrated project schedules for offshore wind projects. Establish project control frameworks and governance standards. Facilitate risk workshops, maintain risk registers, and perform qualitative and quantitative risk analyses, including Monte Carlo simulations. Develop and monitor risk mitigation plans. Support project governance activities, executive reporting, and decision preparation. Advise across project phases from development through commissioning. Mentor junior staff and contribute to capability building. Support business development and client relationships while driving continuous improvements in methodologies and digital tools.
Qualifications
Minimum 8 years of experience in offshore wind or major energy infrastructure projects with strong expertise in project controls and risk management. Proficient in scheduling software such as Primavera P6 and experienced in quantitative schedule and cost risk analysis using Monte Carlo methods. Strong commercial acumen with experience presenting to clients and investment stakeholders. Demonstrates collaborative working style, analytical thinking, and clear communication. Norwegian language proficiency is not required.
