Responsibilities

Lead the creation and upkeep of integrated project schedules and risk registers for offshore wind projects. Develop and implement project control frameworks and reporting standards. Facilitate risk workshops, conduct qualitative and quantitative risk assessments including schedule and cost risk analyses, and create mitigation strategies. Support project governance, executive reporting, and preparation for investment decisions. Provide advice throughout project phases and mentor junior staff. Contribute to business development and enhance methodologies and digital tools.

Qualifications

At least eight years of experience in offshore wind or large energy infrastructure projects with extensive knowledge in project controls and risk management. Proficiency in scheduling software such as Primavera P6 and experience in Monte Carlo based quantitative risk analyses are required. Strong commercial acumen and experience presenting to executives and investment stakeholders are important. The candidate should have a collaborative working style, analytical thinking, structured communication skills, and a clear focus on client needs.
