Responsibilities
Design, develop, and implement custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and platform automation. Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce and other systems via APIs. Develop complex flows and automations balancing declarative and programmatic solutions. Participate in code reviews, testing, and quality assurance activities. Manage deployments using CI/CD pipelines and version control. Maintain thorough documentation and support junior team members and stakeholders, promoting knowledge sharing.
Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years hands-on experience in Salesforce development and administration, with strong expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud. Proficient in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, SOQL/SOSL, and Salesforce Flows. Solid foundation in web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Experience with Salesforce APIs and security models. Skilled in unit testing, debugging, and automation frameworks. Familiarity with Salesforce CLI, GitHub, and CI/CD tools is essential. Certifications like Advanced Administrator or Platform Developer are advantageous, as is experience with Salesforce Community Cloud or distributed system architectures.
