Seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead EMEA-wide SAP SuccessFactors HR transformation projects. Responsibilities
Lead cross-functional project teams across the EMEA region, overseeing full project lifecycles including planning, budgeting, execution, and delivery. Manage project scope, quality, risks, and issues while coordinating diverse teams to meet client expectations on time. Act as trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders during HR Transformation initiatives, ensure resource allocation balances delivery and financial limits, and deliver all project deliverables including testing and handover to business-as-usual operations.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field. Minimum of 8 years international consulting experience in Human Capital Management, with at least 5 years managing professional services teams and project financials. Proven experience leading SAP SuccessFactors projects, especially in Payroll and Time Management. Project management certifications are highly desirable. Strong communication and organizational skills, fluency in English required; German fluency is a significant advantage. Consultancy mindset and track record of meeting/exceeding revenue goals.
