Responsibilities
You will take ownership of the complete solution architecture for SAP SuccessFactors engagements, facilitating design workshops and advisory sessions, defining architecture standards and governance, ensuring alignment of business processes and technical components, managing architectural risks and dependencies, supporting deployment readiness, advising customers and stakeholders, and mentoring junior team members while enhancing the architecture practice.
Qualifications
Candidates should have over seven years experience in SAP SuccessFactors consulting or architecture, expertise in Employee Central and related modules, strong knowledge in integrations, data migration, security, and reporting, along with proven abilities to lead workshops and translate business needs into technical designs. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, analytical and problem-solving skills, and fluency in English are required. SAP SuccessFactors certifications and experience with global deployments or AI tools are advantageous but not mandatory.
