Responsibilities
Design, build, and maintain .NET backend services using C#, ASP.NET Core, and ORM tools. Develop and extend parts of the platform written in F#. Take ownership of features from design through implementation and support. Work within a microservices architecture to design REST APIs and message-based service integrations. Collaborate with data and DevOps teams for integration with data stores and streaming infrastructure. Maintain high code quality standards including automated testing and code reviews. Utilize AI-assisted coding tools as part of daily development. Foster a collaborative engineering culture through knowledge sharing and peer reviews.
Qualifications
Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related STEM field. Proven experience in backend development using C# and .NET technologies, specifically ASP.NET Core and ORM frameworks like Entity Framework. Skilled in microservices architecture, REST API design, and messaging between services. Comfortable leveraging AI-assisted coding tools. Preferred experience includes working with F#, PostgreSQL, Kafka, Kubernetes, Azure, and familiarity with the energy domain. Open to candidates who demonstrate strong potential and a willingness to learn new technologies.
