Responsibilities
Define and research advanced technical solutions aligned with the organization's vision. Participate in designing and developing software across the full stack including deployment architectures, continuous integration and automated testing. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment on solution design and delivery within budget. Lead migration of diverse software solutions towards standardized technologies such as Rust and TypeScript. Mentor team members on new technologies and guide proofs of concept to production, while promoting best practices across the organization.
Qualifications
At least 7 years of software development experience, including work on complex enterprise-level projects. Proficiency in an enterprise programming language such as C# .NET or Java with Spring. Experience with lower-level languages, preferably Rust or C++. Skilled in TypeScript and front-end frameworks like React. Hands-on experience deploying applications to Azure and/or AWS, with knowledge of CI/CD and infrastructure scripting tools like Terraform. Demonstrated expertise in designing distributed and asynchronous systems, including microservices and messaging. Familiarity with leveraging AI and large language models to improve development speed and system security. Strong communication skills to translate requirements into technical deliverables.
