Responsibilities
Develop thorough knowledge of hospital pre-admission testing workflows to identify opportunities for efficiency improvements. Collaborate with engineers and product managers to define and refine software requirements. Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of the perioperative care coordination product. Engage with stakeholders and customers to validate features and gather feedback. Ensure user experiences are intuitive and effective. Mentor engineering team members and communicate a cohesive product vision aligned with company objectives.
Qualifications
At least 4 years of product engineering experience, with a proven track record in delivering solutions in a dynamic, remote startup setting. Proficiency in fullstack development using Python and Typescript/React. Strong communication and collaboration abilities across organizational levels. Ability to think both strategically and with attention to detail. Passion for developing technology with real-world clinical impact. Interest or experience in generative AI and health technology is a plus.
