Seeking a senior software engineer to independently lead end-to-end development of AI-native product features in a fully remote, international environment. The role focuses on leveraging AI code generation tools as primary development partners to build, test, deploy, and maintain reliable and scalable software solutions, especially involving complex integrations and financial transactions.

Responsibilities
Take full ownership of product features from problem identification through deployment and production support. Work autonomously to define requirements and develop solutions without detailed specifications. Collaborate and negotiate with external service providers for integrations. Use AI coding agents extensively to generate code, while critically reviewing and refining their output to ensure high standards of quality and reliability. Conduct thorough testing, particularly for features handling financial data. Contribute insights to evolve AI-first engineering practices within the team. Maintain responsibility for architecture, deployment, and production readiness of owned features.
Qualifications
Proven senior-level experience owning complex backend production systems, including architecture, deployment, and integrations. Extensive hands-on use of AI code generation tools as a core part of development. Strong critical thinking to assess and improve AI-generated code. Entrepreneurial mindset with high ownership and ability to work independently in ambiguous situations. Excellent English communication skills and able to collaborate effectively within remote, distributed teams. Strong product focus connecting technical work with user and business outcomes. Comfortable as an individual contributor; no people management duties.
