Responsibilities
Design and implement foundational AI systems that power various operational workflows such as sales follow-up, defect analysis, data retrieval, and feedback loops. Collaborate with multiple stakeholders including product, design, data, security, and operations teams to translate ambiguous AI opportunities into dependable, scalable production solutions. Participate in secure model access setup, compliant data pathways, monitoring, and cost controls to enable enterprise-wide AI adoption. Support legacy system refactoring and develop new service architectures that maintain operational context and promote intelligent automation.
Qualifications
Proven experience developing and maintaining production-grade software, preferably in Python or with willingness to learn it. Strong skills in designing scalable data models using relational databases. History of contributing to complex, large-scale projects and improving legacy systems. Excellent communication abilities suitable for both technical and non-technical audiences. Knowledge of AI model platforms and experience with secure data patterns, human-in-the-loop workflows, or operational data handling is advantageous. Familiarity with microservices, RPC protocols, frontend development with JavaScript frameworks, and monitoring tools is a plus. Willingness to participate in on-call rotations related to production support.
