Responsibilities
Design, build, and operate AI agents covering the entire testing lifecycle including creation, execution, maintenance, and failure analysis. Manage and enhance infrastructure ensuring reliable agent-driven testing, including test environments and runtime management. Establish evaluation methods for AI test outputs to reduce manual review. Collaborate closely with product engineering teams to keep testing tools relevant and effective. Develop reusable testing patterns and practices that empower engineers to take ownership of quality. Promote quality engineering adoption across multiple teams and contribute to technical decisions and continuous system and process improvements.
Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years professional software engineering experience with proven capability in writing and delivering production software. Experience designing and managing test infrastructure, developer tools, or internal platforms. Practical knowledge of large language models and agent frameworks, including prompt design and evaluation of AI outputs. Strong grasp of distributed systems and scaled continuous integration. Demonstrated ability to influence engineering practices across teams without direct authority. Proficiency in Java, TypeScript, or Python is advantageous, as well as familiarity with Kubernetes and Helm. Excellent collaboration and communication skills suited for distributed cross-functional teams.
