Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end customer architecture engagements, including strategy formulation, solution design, hands-on implementation, deployment, validation, and operational transitions. Provide expert advice and serve as a trusted technical consultant for executives and program leaders. Develop reference architectures and solution blueprints that align with business objectives. Conduct architectural reviews, technology assessments, and design workshops. Support troubleshooting, site surveys, and technical deployments. Mentor architects and technical teams while promoting architecture best practices and governance. Evaluate emerging technologies to foster innovation and guide risk mitigation for large transformation initiatives.
Qualifications
Extensive experience in solution architecture or enterprise infrastructure consulting with deep knowledge of AI infrastructure, cloud platforms, HPC, and modern data centers. Proven ability to design complex enterprise-scale technology solutions and engage executive stakeholders. Strong understanding of distributed systems, networking, storage, and workload optimization. Excellent communication, leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Willingness to travel frequently across Nordic and EMEA locations and work on-site as project demands require. Preferred qualifications include experience with AI factories, GPU-based infrastructure, hybrid and multicloud architectures, digital transformation initiatives, relevant industry certifications, and advanced technical degrees.
