Responsibilities
Lead and execute end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central implementations following established methodologies. Facilitate client workshops to gather and validate requirements. Configure systems and oversee testing and deployment phases. Advise clients on industry-specific features and best practices. Collaborate with project teams and clients to communicate progress and technical details in accessible terms. Provide super-user and administration training, and transfer product knowledge effectively.
Qualifications
Certified SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Associate with at least three full implementations as lead configuration consultant. Experience with core HR processes, time management modules, and integrations to third-party tools, including payroll systems. Practical knowledge of client transitions from SAP HCM (ECC) to SuccessFactors. Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science or related fields. Excellent problem-solving skills, interpersonal abilities, and capacity for independent work and client engagement.
