Responsibilities
Manage the entire recruitment process from sourcing to hiring for multiple technical roles, including developing sourcing plans and engaging passive candidates. Conduct detailed candidate interviews to evaluate qualifications and motivations. Oversee interview processes, compensation discussions, and candidate closing activities. Collaborate with recruiting team members and leadership to align strategies and ensure expectations are met. Maintain accurate pipeline data and build long-term relationships with prospects and stakeholders. Support diversity and inclusion initiatives and leverage data to inform hiring decisions.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, with over seven years in full-cycle recruiting within EMEA, primarily Europe, and at least five years recruiting technical talent. Strong experience managing multiple concurrent openings, proficient in ATS and MS Office tools, excellent communication and organizational skills, and the ability to create innovative strategies for attracting passive candidates. Data-savvy, adaptable to fast-paced and changing environments, with effective problem-solving and stakeholder management abilities.
