An experienced Embedded Software Developer is sought to lead the development of embedded software for advanced measurement instruments used in demanding subsea and topside environments. The role involves combining hands-on programming using C++ with technical leadership responsibilities, collaborating with multidisciplinary international teams to design and implement high-quality software solutions.

Responsibilities
Lead and actively contribute to the embedded software development lifecycle, including design, implementation, documentation, testing, and maintenance. Provide technical guidance to the software team and foster collaboration across diverse engineering disciplines. Take ownership of key product design elements, support continuous improvement initiatives, and uphold quality, security, and automation standards throughout the development process. Utilize version control and collaborative tools to ensure reliable and maintainable software delivery.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in informatics, software engineering, computer science, or related fields. Proven experience in embedded software development with C++. Familiarity with version control, technical documentation, and working in collaborative and Agile environments. Strong communication skills in English, with the ability to lead technical activities and mentor team members. Preferred qualifications include knowledge of physics or electronics, experience with Linux embedded systems, communication protocols, scripting languages, automated testing, secure coding practices, and prior leadership experience.
