Responsibilities
Maintain and operate cloud platform services specifically for EU sovereign realms. Monitor alerts and troubleshoot issues using runbooks. Manage change requests to enable new features and maintain compliance. Work closely with global engineering and service teams to resolve incidents and improve processes. Mentor team members and contribute to knowledge sharing and documentation improvements.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a technology-related field or equivalent experience. Experience with Linux or Unix systems and cloud computing concepts. Background in mission-critical environments such as technical support or network operations is required. Familiarity with change management procedures and incident resolution is essential. Strong customer focus and willingness to learn new technologies are important. Must reside in Romania and be prepared for a 24/7 rotating shift schedule.
