This senior role focuses on expanding the business of power conversion solutions within the European data center sector. Responsibilities
Develop and implement sales strategies targeting European data centers to promote power conversion technologies. Cultivate and maintain relationships with developers, operators, engineering consultants, EPC contractors, and end users. Identify and qualify new business opportunities and lead technical and commercial discussions throughout the sales lifecycle. Collaborate with internal engineers and product teams to create customized solutions. Support tender processes, commercial proposals, contract negotiations, and bid strategies. Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform business growth. Achieve sales and profitability targets while contributing to long-term strategic planning.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Engineering, or related technical field. Proven experience in technical sales, business development, or account management within the power, electrical infrastructure, or energy technology sectors, preferably with exposure to data centers or critical power systems. Strong knowledge of power conversion, power electronics, and electrical systems. Demonstrated ability to build relationships with senior customers and influence decision-makers. Commercially savvy with a track record of handling complex, high-value sales. Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. Comfortable working in a global matrix environment collaborating across international teams.
