Responsibilities
Coordinate and schedule service technicians for various service tasks. Maintain up-to-date and accurate service administration records. Raise non-conformance reports and liaise with quality and engineering teams regarding warranty issues. Oversee shipping and receiving duties related to service operations. Generate, update, and close service tickets efficiently.
Qualifications
A degree in engineering or a related technical field with knowledge of valves, actuators, and digital control systems. Minimum five years of experience in a service or practical engineering environment. Demonstrated management skills, including project management and team leadership. Understanding of electrical schematics and wiring diagrams is required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP/MTMS systems. Fluent English language skills. Strong multitasking, customer service orientation, and ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
