Responsibilities

Manage and negotiate clinical trial agreements and budgets at the country level. Oversee country budget setup and serve as an escalation point for budget issues outside defined parameters. Use industry tools and data to provide feedback aligned with company and market standards. Identify and resolve potential delays and ensure sites meet startup timelines to be ready for patient enrollment.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or international equivalent with at least 4 years of relevant clinical research experience, including site contracting and budgeting, demonstrating increasing responsibility in pharmaceutical, CRO, or related settings. Minimum 2 years of oversight experience in site budgeting and contracting. Proficiency in explaining data, supporting data-driven decisions, and understanding budgeting and contracting principles. Strong organizational, communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills. Fluency in English and local language required.
