Responsibilities

Review exercise materials and media procedures prior to exercises to understand scenario frameworks and storylines. Manage and create strategic social media posts, including pre-scripted and dynamic content, adhering to exercise guidelines and timelines. Coordinate content accuracy and relevance by working closely with media teams and subject matter experts. Monitor social media injects, update logs, and ensure proper posting of text and images to simulated platforms. Edit content from other team members for consistency and effect. Regulate social media content flow and participate in role-play scenarios as a journalist during simulated press events.

Qualifications

Minimum three years of professional experience creating strategic social media content for platforms such as Twitter or Facebook, including managing multiple accounts and developing effect-based messaging. At least three years of experience in strategic communications fields such as public affairs, marketing, information operations, or psychological operations. Post-secondary education is required. Business-level fluency in English is essential. Possession of a valid national or NATO Secret security clearance is mandatory.
