Responsibilities
Manage daily social media activities on platforms including X, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Discord, and Reddit. Develop and publish original video content and other posts personally. Engage actively in community channels, moderating discussions and responding to users. Closely monitor community feedback and escalate relevant information to product teams and leadership. Address challenges transparently and escalate issues appropriately. Collaborate with content creators to amplify organic reach. Support and build the personal social media presence of the CEO alongside brand communication. Track and analyze engagement metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.
Qualifications
Proven experience managing social media accounts with demonstrable audience growth and engagement results. Comfortable and experienced appearing on camera for content creation. Skilled in community management on platforms such as Discord and Reddit. Proficient in producing and editing video content independently. Good public judgment regarding communication and crisis management. Strong English skills in written and spoken form. Ability to develop and execute strategy while performing hands-on work. Experience with growing creator relationships and handling sensitive public situations is preferred.
