Responsibilities

Provide expert advice on sociocultural factors impacting NATO training and exercises. Help translate sociocultural insights into realistic exercise content. Analyze and recommend improvements for scenario accuracy and training audience documentation. Mentor exercise control personnel on cultural representation. Participate in scenario development and act as a role-player representing ethnic or diplomatic groups within exercises. Maintain familiarity with relevant NATO publications.

Qualifications

Master's degree or equivalent in Social or Cultural Anthropology with proven expertise in sociocultural anthropology. Over three years' experience working in cultural social fields within relevant regional contexts. At least three years' experience briefing senior leaders or equivalents in national or multinational settings. Prior operational-level experience working with or alongside NATO. Fluent business English required. Valid National or NATO Secret security clearance mandatory.
