Responsibilities
Submit existing software repositories for evaluation to assess licensing potential. Collaborate in the evaluation process and review estimated value. Explore and negotiate licensing agreements if the repository qualifies. Ensure legal ownership or licensing rights to the source code for submission.
Qualifications
Experience in software development or ownership of software products or repositories. Full legal rights to the submitted source code, which must exclude unauthorized third-party content. Access to original code repositories such as discontinued projects, internal tools, or independently developed software is required.
