Responsibilities
Design and implement scalable and secure backend services with Node.js; develop responsive web interfaces with React; create and maintain GraphQL APIs using Hasura and custom resolvers; manage databases with PostgreSQL including schema design and optimization; containerize applications using Docker for consistency across environments; write well-documented, maintainable code; collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers and designers; ensure software quality through unit and integration testing, code reviews; troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues; share knowledge to support continuous improvement within the team.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field; minimum 3 years professional experience in software development; expertise with Node.js, React, PostgreSQL, GraphQL, Hasura, NHOST, and Docker; strong understanding of software engineering fundamentals, data structures, algorithms, and design patterns; experience with unit testing frameworks and version control systems (Git); excellent problem-solving skills and collaborative mindset. Additional skills such as Python or Java, cloud platforms, CI/CD, DevOps, and agile methodologies are advantageous.
