Responsibilities
Develop and deliver high-quality code as part of an agile team, turning functional specifications into production-ready features. Collaborate with developers, testers, product owners, and business units to refine requirements, define test plans, and ensure smooth releases. Adhere to established quality and security standards using company tools and processes. Utilize AI tools to improve productivity where applicable.
Qualifications
Candidates should be self-motivated and curious, with experience in back-end development, preferably in Java or similar languages. They should prioritize customer needs, maintain high-quality standards, and focus on delivering impactful outcomes. Familiarity with agile workflows, code documentation tools, and security practices is expected.
