Responsibilities
Collaborate with developers and testers to translate functional requirements into production-ready code. Use appropriate development tools and adhere to enterprise quality standards and processes. Participate in agile ceremonies and document work using industry-standard tools. Engage with business stakeholders to define test plans and schedules. Leverage AI tools to increase productivity where applicable.
Qualifications
Self-motivated and proactive developer with a strong customer-centric mindset. Experience with back-end development, preferably in Java or comparable languages. Commitment to quality and delivering outcomes effectively. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira and Confluence. Ability to collaborate closely with product owners, developers, and business functions to design and implement software solutions.
