Responsibilities
Engage AI models using Dutch to assess software engineering tasks covering algorithms, data structures, software architecture, and system programming. Evaluate AI responses for correctness, coding quality, and adherence to best practices. Challenge models with advanced technical topics like asynchronous programming and distributed systems debugging. Verify the fluency and accuracy of Dutch language usage in technical contexts. Identify and document model errors and failure modes with reproducible details. Provide structured feedback to improve AI performance and evaluation methods. Clearly communicate technical reasoning and contribute domain expertise to enhance AI support for software development and research.
Qualifications
Demonstrated professional experience in software engineering with expertise in areas such as algorithms, frontend/backend development, cloud infrastructure, or systems programming. Fluent in Dutch with strong communication skills to discuss complex technical subjects naturally and accurately. Deep understanding of software engineering principles and critical evaluation of technical solutions. Familiarity with asynchronous programming, REST APIs, memory management, object-oriented design, secure coding, and distributed systems preferred. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Proven ability to document findings clearly and explain technical reasoning comprehensively. Bachelor’s or higher degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields is preferred. Ability to work independently as a remote contractor with reliable equipment and internet connection.
