Responsibilities
Communicate complex technology concepts to diverse audiences including technical teams and executives. Conduct detailed product demonstrations and proofs of concept that highlight practical business benefits. Provide ongoing support and advice to ensure customers effectively use the platform, driving long-term growth. Collaborate with internal teams to achieve technical success and contribute to product roadmap refinements. Maintain deep industry knowledge to position the platform competitively.
Qualifications
Proven technical skills with strong proficiency in SQL; experience with Python and modern data stack tools like dbt, Spark, and Git is highly advantageous. A deep interest and up-to-date knowledge of AI, machine learning, data architectures, and cloud ecosystems are essential. Strong communication skills to translate complex technical details into strategic business insights. Demonstrated coachability, curiosity, and a collaborative mindset. Prior experience in solution engineering is beneficial but not mandatory.
