Responsibilities
Work with sales and business partners to present cybersecurity solutions to service providers and customers; participate in sales meetings as the technical expert and conduct product demos; coordinate sales activities with internal teams; analyze business and market needs related to data protection; manage strategic accounts alongside sales managers; facilitate customer evaluations and proof of concept projects; perform technical troubleshooting and secure sales wins; develop and present cost-effective, tailored solutions; respond to requests for information and proposals; assist in integrating management platforms; provide feedback to product and engineering teams.
Qualifications
Minimum five years of relevant experience with strong knowledge in cloud-based applications such as Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace, and expertise in backup, disaster recovery, and storage solutions. Proven experience in security domains including antivirus, ransomware protection, EDR/MDR/XDR, email, and network security. Familiarity with Microsoft and Linux operating systems is advantageous. Ability to clearly communicate technical and business value propositions, manage customer and sales opportunities, and work effectively in fast-paced environments. Fluency in both German and English is required. Willingness to travel internationally as needed.
