Responsibilities
Develop and inject strategic and operational dilemmas related to space into NATO exercises. Coordinate exercise content and materials ensuring alignment with training and exercise objectives. Monitor and adapt exercises based on participant activity, providing expert advice and feedback. Act as the primary contact for space-related matters during preparation and execution phases. Contribute to documentation and lessons learned processes to enhance future exercises, doctrines, and tactics. Attend coordination meetings and support exercise control teams as needed, including adjustment of scenarios and providing timely assessments.
Qualifications
Minimum 3 years recent experience in space operations or policy at political, military, or strategic levels within NATO or equivalent international environments. Proven ability to brief senior leaders and decision makers in multinational settings. Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal, suitable for senior staff interactions. Proficient with Microsoft Office applications. Possession of valid National or NATO Secret security clearance is mandatory. Familiarity with NATO exercise tools such as TOPFAS and JEMM is advantageous but not required.
